INTRODUCTION
    
	Millenium Clock is a Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 application
	that counts down the time until the end of the millenium, with an
	ending date of either January 1st, 2000 or January 1st, 2001.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

	Millenium Clock requires Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0
	(Workstation or Server) to run. It creates registry entries to
	store it's settings. See the ADVANCED section for more
	information on the registry entries.

INSTALLATION

	Copy the Millenium Clock executable to any folder on your system.
	You may wish to create a shortcut to it on your desktop or in
	your Startup folder. 

USING MILLENIUM CLOCK

	Once you have started Millenium Clock, you can RIGHT CLICK
	anywhere on the Clock to:
			
			Display version and contact information for the software			
			Select the Ending Year
			Move or Close the window
			Select LED and Background colors
			Hide the Clock (to UN-HIDE click on the Pendulum in the
			Task Bar)
			Toggle the On Top option on or off
			Exit the Millenium Clock
	
	To move the clock, simply LEFT CLICK and drag the clock to the
	desired location on your desktop.
	
ADVANCED

	THIS SECTION IS FOR ADVANCED USERS ONLY! BEFORE EDITING THE
	REGISTRY WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE A BACKUP! IF YOU
	DAMAGE YOUR REGISTRY YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BOOT WINDOWS!
	YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
	
	We do this for a living, and editing the registry makes US
	nervous.
	
	Millenium Clock creates entries in the registry as follows:
	Under the key:
	
			HKEY_CURRENT_USER
					SOFTWARE
						Outlandish Technology, Inc
							Millenium Clock
							
	We store the color settings, year end selection, hidden/unhidden,
	on top, and window position.


REGISTRATION

	IT'S ONLY FIVE BUCKS!
	
	This software is neither shareware nor freeware, nor is it
	released in the public domain. 

	You have the option of using it at your own risk, with no
	guarantee as to it's functionality, for as long as you wish.
	Millenium Clock is not time limited or crippled in any way. It
	will, of course, cease to be useful in a few years. Enjoy.

	U.S funds or check drawn on a US bank, U.S. or international
	money order, U.S. currency only). If you don't wish to (or cannot
